During the application stage, our potential employees fill out a detailed application to tell us about their work history, education background, skills, industry experience, and references.

Skilled Interviewing
Professional Assignment Managers perform an in-depth interview with each applicant. The interviewer is trained to uncover details about skills, personality, career goals, motivation, and dependability.
Reference Checks
We conduct reference checks in an attempt to verify dates of employment, job titles, and gather information on work performance, attendance, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, communication skills, ability to work with others, and eligibility for rehire.
