Medical Insurance
American Worker® Plan
Our American Worker Plan insurance program -including health, vision, dental and life- has been designed exclusively for our temporary associates. Employees are eligible to enroll during their first 60 days of employment.
Paid Holidays
The following are paid holidays at Employment Trends: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
401(K) Retirement Plan
Employees must meet eligibility requirements to participate.
Education Reimbursement
Employment Trends encourages continued education. We reimburse a portion of tuition on approved work-related classes. Any class that advances our employee's career or general education qualifies for reimbursement.
Direct Deposit
As a convenience to our employees, we offer direct deposit. The majority of our employees prefer direct deposit, because it eliminates having to wait for a check in the mail, as well as making a trip to the bank. Plus, you will always know when your check will be deposited-even if you're on vacation!
To Enroll or change your Direct Deposit information, complete our Enrollment Form and send to Employment Trends' Payroll Department. Please note that this process may take three to four pay cycle to take effect after we receive your request.
Your Direct Deposit will remain in effect until Employment Trends receives written notification to terminate the direct deposit.
Visa Payroll Card
The Visa Payroll Card works just like direct deposit except money is transferred directly to the card, not a checking account. The Visa Payroll Card is not a credit card, and there is no credit check required. The Visa Payroll card works just like a debit card allowing users to:
- Pay for medical, dental, and auto insurance
- Make purchases at any Visa merchant
- Access cash at any ATM displaying the Visa logo and PLUS symbol
- Eliminate expensive check cashing fees
Referral Bonuses
Our temporary employees can earn additional income by taking advantage of our referral bonus program.
Employee of the Month
We want to reward our hard-working employees with the recognition they deserve. Each month we choose one outstanding employee based upon Bankcard Services Standards to receive special recognition and a gift.
Free Training
Employees that have successfully completed our registration and interview process are eligible for Employment Trends training opportunities. Employment Trends offers computer training in numerous areas. Call any one of our branches to inquire further.
