Oregon Business Magazine ranks Employment Trends the #1 Best Company to Work for in Oregon

Beaverton - Oregon Business magazine has ranked Employment Trends the #1 Best Company to Work for in Oregon with 200 or fewer employees. Employment Trends has made the list of the "100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon" six times.

Based on the results of an employer survey and independent employee surveys, companies were measured against nine categories. The categories consist of: Attraction/Retention, Organizational Communication, Working Environment, Decision Making & Supervision, Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Employee Benefits, Career Development, and Leadership.
The final selection was made by five judges who based their decision on the results of each category. As stated by Oregon Business magazine, "Employment Trends took top honors almost across the board: Four of the five judges picked it as the Best."
