Employment Trends ranked among the "100 Best" for the seventh year

Beaverton, OR - For the seventh year, Oregon Business magazine has voted Employment Trends one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon. Last year, Employment Trends was ranked the "#1 Best Company to Work for in Oregon" with 250 or fewer employees. The number one ranking is a significant accomplishment, as Employment Trends is the only staffing service to achieve the #1 status.
"Employment Trends is the only staffing service to be on the list of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon seven times," said John Boone, CEO. Based on the results of an employer survey and independent employee surveys, companies are measured for excellence in nine categories. The categories consist of: Attraction/Retention, Organizational Communication, Working Environment, Decision Making & Supervision, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Benefits, Career Development & Learning, and Leadership. The final selection is made by a panel of independent judges who rank each company based on survey results in each category.
